To answer this question, we must go back a bit in the history. The India US relations have been sour and sweet since India's Independence. But for most of the part, they didn't have good relations with each other.  It is after the 1992 LPG reforms in India that US recognized India as a big market and started friendly relations with India, followed by the nuclear deal in early 2000s. And during the Presidentship of Barak Obama, the relations between these countries achieved new heights. But when we look at the present crises of Russia and Ukraine, things seem to be uneasy and at the diplomatic level, USA has warned India to be ready to face consequences if India didn't condemn Russia. To this, India remained unaffected and maintained its neutral stance.  Israel has always been a close ally of the US and the West since its formation in mid 1900s. US has been constantly providing economical and political support to Israel and US politics is has always taken a unanimous stand when it is about Jews.  So why Israel is not supporting US in this war despite its close relations with US.  To understand this, we have to first understand that Israel is providing humanitarian aid and it had provided crucial intelligence to Ukraine.
