Is Indian military stronger than British military?

The question of whether the Indian military is stronger than the British military is a complex one that cannot be answered with a simple yes or no. Both India and Britain have strong military forces that have been developed over many years of history and have undergone numerous changes and upgrades over time. In this blog, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of both militaries and compare them to see how they stack up against each other. To begin with, it is important to note that both India and Britain have nuclear weapons, which means that they both have the ability to cause massive destruction in case of a war. However, while Britain is one of the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and is recognized as a nuclear power, India is not a permanent member and is not recognized as a nuclear power by some countries. In terms of manpower, the Indian military is larger than the British military. India has a standing army of over 1.4 million troops, wh...

Are the relations between India and United States of America worsening?

To answer this question, we must go back a bit in the history. The India US relations have been sour and sweet since India's Independence. But for most of the part, they didn't have good relations with each other.  It is after the 1992 LPG reforms in India that US recognized India as a big market and started friendly relations with India, followed by the nuclear deal in early 2000s. And during the Presidentship of Barak Obama, the relations between these countries achieved new heights. But when we look at the present crises of Russia and Ukraine, things seem to be uneasy and at the diplomatic level, USA has warned India to be ready to face consequences if India didn't condemn Russia. To this, India remained unaffected and maintained its neutral stance. Moreover, it purchased the discounted Russian oil to meet its domestic demands, and Russia is the topmost supplier of crude oil to India in present times.  As India, didn't change its stance under the pressure of USA and ...

Why Israel is taking a neutral position in the Russia Ukraine war.

Israel has always been a close ally of the US and the West since its formation in mid 1900s. US has been constantly providing economical and political support to Israel and US politics is has always taken a unanimous stand when it is about Jews.  So why Israel is not supporting US in this war despite its close relations with US.  To understand this, we have to first understand that Israel is providing humanitarian aid and it had provided crucial intelligence to Ukraine. But when Ukraine asked for the Iron Dome, State of the Art Missile Defense Technology, Israel refused to give it to Ukraine. And recently Israel has taken a soft stand towards Russians.  But why is this so?  The first reason is that this air defense system is crucial for Israel's own security and it largely depends on it for its own protection from militant groups. It cannot afford to send it to Ukraine, where it can fall into the wrong hands, amidst the dearth of war weapons. Israel cannot ris...

Why are we so lazy to exercise?

Well the answer lies in the earliest human beings whose aim was to find food, shelter and keep away the predators.  Their genetics gives us a relaxing and satisfying feeling when we comfortably sit on a couch. But when we think of exercising our brain repels the thought, as it will consume our physical power and our body doesn't like that.  So what are the ways to overcome this problem. Our brain does the thing that it love, so doing a physical exercise that we love is probably the best idea to get started. Moreover we have to do the gym exercise that we love or at least can tolerate because doing a physical exhaustive exercise that you hate will send very negative signals to your brain and you are not likely to repeat this experience again. Another method is taking small steps at a time. You can start an exercise with 5-10 reps and subsequently increase the number of reps. This method is very useful for the exercises that you don't like much.  All in all you have to trai...

What is the best age or the smartest age.

When a child is born, his mental strength and psychology is developed by the age of four. Yes, by the age of four. The next transition comes at the age of 8 and then 16, 25 and 65. We learn different aspects of life in different ages. For example our motor skills and language learning capability is the strongest until we reach 8. Therefore, children can learn multiple languages and speak them fluently, while, it is difficult for adults to learn new languages. Different parts of our brain are developed in these different stages and as we grow older, our retention capacity increases tremendously. Therefore, growing age is considered as a sign of becoming wise, and older people can easily recall the past incidents.  But despite of all these age checkpoints, one can learn whatever he likes at any age. Many people learn a language at the age of 60. Therefore it is imperative that anyone can learn anything at any age, and all ages are the smartest ages.

Why should you dream big and be realistic at the same time.

You will be surprised to know that we spend a third of our time daydreaming. This may sound weird but imagine a teenager planting some saplings in his backyard. He is thinking about the plant species and wondering at the discoveries of different species. He thinks that is there any other specie left to discover and whether he can discover them. From there on, he thinks of his dream of becoming a scientist and leading his team to discovering a new specie and getting a nobel Prize. But he thinks that does he have the required discipline and hardworking nature to achieve this. He decides to work hard and be more disciplined.  But do you realise that it is just his dream.  For a long time, it was conceived that daydreaming is a rest position for our brain and our brain doesn't require extra energy for daydreaming. But the scientific studies have shown that when we daydream, the areas of brain associated with past memory and recalling become active. It was found that the bl...

Why there is Traffic jam in big cities around the world

Imagine that you are diving on a highway smoothly. Gradually you experience that the gap between cars is decreasing and breaks lights can be seen everywhere. So what caused the smooth flowing traffic on a wide road to come on a standstill? The answer lies in the phenomenon called Phantom Traffic Jam. It occurs when cars suddenly come to a standstill without any apparent reason.  Let's understand it in details.  It happens due to several reasons. First when the number of cars are in excess. But not necessarily too many.  Second, suppose when the cars are moving at a consistent speed, and suddenly a car faces an obstacle and slows down by applying breaks. The next car behind it, will apply stronger breaks and the car behind it will apply more strong breaks making a chain of the repeated action. The impact of this will be felt by the far away cars too.  Another reason for this is the human tendancy to escape the traffic by driving faster. By doing this, a car wil...
